Back in the early 1990’s Quatro International was founded by Francisco Goya who later became a windsurfing world champion in 2000. They were riding all kinds of other boards but felt they could push the limits even further.  Stated in their bio, “The urge for this new enterprise started…in the water from the need to evolve our personal riding.” After visiting the shop and seeing all of the different surf, SUP and windsurfing products and designs, you kind of get the feeling that these guys take these sports seriously.
